Our Team
-

Jessica Otis, LCSW - Co-Owner/Psychotherapist
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping individuals overcome the challenges of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety. I see my role as a collaborator and guide, helping you create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
OCD can feel overwhelming, affecting both your emotional and physical state—but I know, both personally and professionally, that change is possible. If you’re struggling to see that right now, I will carry that hope for you until you’re ready to hold it yourself.
Anxiety serves a biological function, but it does not have to control your life. My goal is to help you break free from its weight so you can reclaim your peace and confidence.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology from Utah Valley University, followed by a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. I am a member of the National Associate of Social Workers (NASW). With over twelve years of experience in therapy, I feel incredibly fortunate to help adults manage OCD and anxiety, guiding them toward a life of greater freedom and balance.
Let’s work together to take that next step toward healing!

Jennifer Jones, SUDC, LCSW - Co-Owner/Psychotherapist
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical experience working with a wide range of concerns, including complex trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use, and severe and persistent mental illness. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to seek help and believe healing happens best in spaces that feel safe, collaborative, and empowering.
I am EMDR-trained and bring extensive trauma experience into every aspect of my work. Trauma-informed care is foundational to how I practice. I understand how trauma can impact the nervous system, shape fear and avoidance, and make change feel overwhelming. My goal is to help clients feel grounded and supported while moving toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that honors their lived experiences.
I specialize in the treatment of OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention, the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD. I approach ERP through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing that effective treatment does not require pushing, flooding, or re-traumatizing. Instead, I work collaboratively with clients to build safety, choice, and trust while engaging in structured exposure work. Together, we focus on helping your nervous system learn that discomfort can be tolerated, that you have agency, and that fear does not have to dictate your life.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology from the University of Utah and hold a certificate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling. I later earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Utah with a focus on mental health.
I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapists Guild of Utah, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, and the National Association of Social Workers. I am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care that honors each person’s identity, background, and unique path.
I often work with people who are tired of being scared and ready for something different, even if they don’t fully know what that looks like yet. Therapy with me is about building trust, doing meaningful work, and helping you move forward in ways that actually fit your life.
