Current Groups
Our OCD groups are practical, skills-based sessions designed to help you feel more in control of your thoughts and reactions. While there is some exposure work and space to talk things through, the focus is on learning tools you can actually use in real life.
In group, you’ll learn how to:
Stay grounded when anxiety or urges spike, instead of feeling overwhelmed.
Handle uncomfortable feelings without needing to escape them
Let uncertainty be there without trying to figure it out or “fix” it.
Over time, these skills help you respond differently to OCD, so it has less power over your day-to-day life.
